Mortuary Tablet Artist Sanda Kazuyuki
Art a Japan's unique Jindaiji scripts of "The Ryu-tai Moji"!
The mysterious The Ryu-tai Moji, long treasured by the emperor's family, is now unleashed on the digital world as modern art, with its innovative design and messages that have meaning in each letter.
I am a sculptor who has been carving works of prayer as a mortuary tablet artist, and I first encountered The Ryu-tai Moji when I wrote a novel about a story about a dragon that suddenly came to mind.I further expanded my image and started working in the digital world as a dragon calligrapher HEno HEno to put various prayer messages into letters, such as world peace, prosperity of descendants, and eradication of diseases.
The ingenious form of The Ryu-tai Moji floating in the jet-black space and the colorful patterns unique to digital technology will surely make your prayers heard.
《The Ryu-tai Moji》
The Ryu-tai Moji script is one of Japan's unique Jindaiji scripts, which was treasured by the Ise Jingu Shrine and used by the Emperor for a long time, but was entrusted by Emperor Showa to calligrapher Yen-Setsu Ando and spread to the private sector.
The originality of the design, as well as the message that each piece has its own meaning, has attracted much attention.
